Chef Kendall is a Culinary Institute of America graduate with years in the industry under his belt. Of Jamaican descent, he finds solace in caribbean flavors of his ancestors. He does not let that limit him to any extent. Chef Kendall gained the title of Executive Chef at fine dining French Restaurants in Boston where he honed his plating style and flavor combinations. More recently working with low histamine and macrobiotic clients he challenges himself to curate elevated nutritious meals. His passion is to bring excitable cultures and cuisines together on your plate regardless of any limitations.
